Lennar’s Kinross, Twin Eagles neighborhood, the Maria model features the design touch of one of Baer’s Furniture’s in-house designers. The combination of sleek, contemporary style and traditional straight lines creates an inviting space for relaxing with family and friends. The color palette of muted grays, aquas, and creams gives the room a subtle, meditative vibe. The stunning accent wall of mosaic tile encased in wood anchors the room.

In the Princeton model in Lennar’s Bonita Landing community, Baer’s classic, contemporary design emphasizes relaxed comfort and livability. You could say that about most of Baer’s designs, while no two are exactly the same, the sensibility expresses the tranquil mood of Florida inspired living. The design combines timeless furniture, clean-lines drawn from mid-century design, and rich textures.

Modern Elegance at Ronto’s Naples Square

The Denison model at Ronto’s Naples Square features elegantly casual interior decor by Baer’s Furniture Design Service. This classic, contemporary design highlights extreme livability and comfort. The clean-lined furniture pieces feature rich textures that add depth to the design. This is the perfect example of a neutral color palette that is anything but boring. Whites and taupes provide a background against which coastal tones of greens, blues, and aquas take center stage.

The open-concept living room seating features a luxurious couch upholstered in the palest aqua cotton fabric and accented with pillows in aqua chenille. The Baer’s Furniture designer chose two armchairs and a white open oval back chair to keep the decor light and breezy. An aqua area rug anchor the room and the overall look evokes a cozy, club-like atmosphere.
