The elegant finish is a clear medium brown with light distressing, which gives the piece a superb classic look. The credenza includes many functional features. On the right side of the desk there is one door with a pullout printer shelf and one adjustable shelf behind. Certain drawers feature durable wood-on-wood drawer guides. Male guides are waxed for consistent smooth operation. Guides connect to dust frame rails with interlocking notches for precise fit. Screws attach the guide to the front dust frame for strength.

Drawers feature English dovetail construction at front and back for exceptional strength, plywood drawer bottoms attached to plywood drawer sides with hot glue for strength, and a urethane or high-solids lacquer finish for smoothness and durability.
