| Frame Construction | Our frames are crafted from Nordic Spruce and birch plywood and dried in our own facility. Dryness is always between 8-12% to ensure a sturdy frame. Traditional mortise & tenon joinery and seatbox dovetails ensure solid stability. They are bench-made, or crafted by hand, to give you a piece of heirloom quality furniture. |
| Seat Support | We use at least 4 no-sag springs per seat. The springs are held in place with individual metal springholders and wrapped in plastic to reduce squeaking. |
| Padding & Ergonomics | We use 2.2 density high resiliency foam and Dacron from recycled plastic bottles on all of our cushions. Different levels of comfort are available for special order - choose from soft, medium, or firm cushions. |
