WHY ARE SOME ITEMS NOT PRICED ONLINE?

WHAT IS A FAIR TRADE ITEM?

WHAT IS SMRP? HOW IS THAT DIFFERENT FROM MSRP?

You may see the term SMRP, especially when we advertise Tommy Bahama Home and the Lexington family of brands. This stands for Suggested Manufacturers Retail Price. For this particular brand, they use SMRP or MSRP as the basis for their company-sponsored savings events, and we advertise the discount based on what they set as the standard. Perhaps you've heard the term MSRP, which is more commonly used for this, and stands for Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price. There are several other variations of this concept as well.

This can be a little confusing, but it's really just different ways to refer to manufacturer pricing.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY FEE?

Within our delivery area it is a flat fee of $199 for a purchase of any amount $2,000 or more. For less than a $2,000 purchase, within our delivery area, it is 10% of the purchase price with a minimum of $99. If your delivery is 71-100 miles from the store, expect a minimum $349 delivery fee, or $599 for 101-150 mile deliveries.

We do deliver to the Florida Keys! North of Tavernier we charge $199, Tavernier-to-Marathon we charge $299, and south of Marathon we charge $399.

We also offer delivery to the Gainesville area for $349.

Please note: when using the "delivery estimator" tool (available on most items online), this is an estimate. Final delivery cost is calculated in the cart based on several factors, including location and cart totals. In rare instances, for special delivery situations, we may need to make an adjustment to this total. One of our friendly representatives will reach out to explain any special circumstances and answer any questions you might have.

WHAT DAYS DO YOU DELIVER?

We will work hard to schedule your delivery at a time that is convenient for you. Please speak with one of our helpful representatives to set up your delivery and work through any special delivery circumstances you may have.

WHY IS THERE A DELIVERY FEE?

We understand that some retailers advertise various "free" messages. Please know that many of these companies are talking about "threshold" or common carrier delivery (FedEx or UPS). At Baer's, we believe your furniture delivery should be handled with the utmost care and consideration. For that reason, we ONLY offer full-service white glove delivery. This means we will set a time with you, set up and install your furniture in the location you choose, and remove all packing materials. You will have the opportunity to inspect and approve your furniture while our drivers are still in your home.

WHERE CAN I SEE OUTDOOR FURNITURE?

We have outdoor furniture available to order from any of our stores, but we display outdoor furniture in approximately half our stores. Call your nearest store to see if they have outdoor furniture for you, or look at the "where can I see it" section on any item you like to find the location nearest you that shows your piece.

CAN I PICK UP MY FURNITURE AT THE STORE OR WAREHOUSE?

Our warehouse is located in Pompano Beach. We do offer limited pickup opportunities at this location. For store location pickup, please speak with one of our helpful representatives to discuss your options. We highly recommend taking advantage of our white glove delivery for all purchases.

ARE THERE PRODUCTS AVAILABLE IN THE STORE THAT ARE NOT ON THE WEBSITE?

Yes, there are. We have an extensive selection of accessories, lighting, rugs and one-of-a-kind pieces that are too numerous for photography. Visit your local Baer's store to see everything we have to offer.

WHAT IF THE PRICE CHANGES AFTER I MAKE A PURCHASE?

We have a 30-day price guarantee that ensures we will honor any price changes within 30 days of your delivery. All price adjustments are issued as a store credit, which can be used on any of our furniture, accessories or rugs.

HOW LONG WILL I HAVE TO WAIT FOR DELIVERY?

That depends on the stock status of the items you've chosen. Generally, if all items are showing as "in stock", and you're within our normal delivery zones, you'll be eligible to take delivery within a few days.

WILL YOU REMOVE MY OLD FURNITURE?

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide this service. We recommend you contact a local charitable organization for assistance with this. Your local Baer's store may have more information about this.

WILL YOU REMOVE MY OLD MATTRESS?

If you have purchased a mattress from us, we are able to remove your old mattress at the time of delivery.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We want everyone to be thrilled with their new furniture from Baer's. If you are not, please contact the store for assistance with your issue.

DOES MY FURNITURE COME WITH A WARRANTY?

Warranties vary by manufacturer. Please check the documentation that came with your furniture for your specific warranties. If you need further assistance, we're happy to assist.

HOW DO I CLEAN MY FURNITURE?

Each manufacturer provides recommendations and instructions for cleaning their products. This is based on the fabric grade and other factors. Please refer to the appropriate manufacturers' website (or Google it) for more information. If you need additional help, please contact the store where you purchased your furniture.

WHAT IF I PURCHASE A MATTRESS AND I AM NOT HAPPY WITH IT?

We encourage you to stop by one of our showrooms to test our mattresses before you commit to one. We offer an in-store BedMatch (R) system to match you to the best mattress for you. I DON'T LIVE NEAR ONE OF YOUR LOCATIONS--DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF FLORIDA?

YES. Delivery for out of area purchases is based on several factors and will need to be discussed with you prior to ordering. Chat with us or come into a store so we can quote your unique situation and help you through the process.

IS THE ITEM I WANT IN STOCK?

Our website updates 3 times per day to show the most up-to-date information about stock levels. Our store associates can look deeper into incoming shipments and provide more detail if there is a piece you like. Reach out to the store, or our online chat, for further assistance.

HOW DO I FILE A CLAIM WITH UNITERS?
